So our days have been moving forward and our reporting on those days has been lax. We're finally waking up a little. Here is a quick update on the Frying Finnigans:
Trip to Utah and Montana for two weddings and a National Park. Yes we took some pics and we'll post a couple - but photography is still not necessarily one of our favorite past times. Mostly we just loved spending time with J's family!
M got her license to be a health insurance broker. She has now been contracted with over 9 carriers and she has spent the past couple of weeks following up on people's inquiries for health insurance in the state of AZ. Mostly she has referred people to other resources... She has referred those who don't qualify for individual insurance to places where they can go through group issued plans, those who may qualify for the state programs to those; and one guy to a HIPPA continuation specialist. She must not have chosen the job for the money because she keeps referring all her business away. She has liked hearing different people's stories and being of assistance in an area that can be very frustrating.
J's work got a new software that helps build Macros that will automate processes. J loves it because minimizing inefficiencies is one of his favorite things. He's excited to get to work on Tuesday and see if his Macros worked. Having work get itself done does sound like a pretty cool system. I wonder if they have macros for lawn mowing? It really is hot out there.
Our garden has struggled all season with pests etc. We've temporarily given up on growing tomatoes. That is unfortunate because they are our favorite vegetable type fruit. The broccoli followed a similar fate and we thought we were going to loose our eggplant. No big loss you say, well, irony is the eggplant has made a come back and we have at least six on their way. What do we do with our eggplant? We put it on pizza, of course!

A shame that one cannot grow In N Out burgers in a garden! :D Eggplant - UG - wouldn't you know it that the surviving veggie is low down the desirability list. Happy Labor Day!
Thanks for an update, sounds like you guys are crazy busy but loving life. That's the best way to be =) Yuck, eggplants! I suppose anything taste's good on pizza though.
